IT Support Specialist II (MSP) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver timely end-user assistance for escalated technical issues
- Serve as the primary contact for Windows desktop-related incidents and problems
- Assist with the administration and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2016/2019
- Monitor alert systems and take action according to established guidelines
- Utilize event logs and system monitoring tools to diagnose and resolve issues
- Handle escalated service requests requiring advanced technical knowledge
- Facilitate new user onboarding and ensure proper setup of accounts and devices
- Install and support network services, equipment, and hardware infrastructure
- Provide LAN/WAN installation and maintenance support for client environments
- Support network hardware, access control, lighting, and HVAC systems as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience working with a Managed Services Provider (MSP) is required
- Minimum of three years in similar roles such as IT help desk, IT desktop support, or IT service desk
- Demonstrated history of network and firewall administration (Sonicwall, Meraki)
- Experience with RMM platforms (NinjaOne, ConnectWise, Kaseya, DattoRMM)
- Proficiency with PSA ticketing systems (Autotask, ConnectWise)
- Solid troubleshooting skills for networks, servers, and workstations
- Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills
