IT Support Specialist - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct, on-site IT support for laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, conference rooms, and network connectivity.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users, ensuring proper access and data security measures are in place.
- Manage and resolve service requests, escalating issues as necessary to internal systems, network, security, or vendor support teams.
- Support meeting room technology, including video and audio equipment, and coordinate routine technology checks.
- Deliver executive-priority support and handle time-sensitive user requests efficiently and professionally.
- Document all service activities within the approved ticketing system and keep knowledge articles up to date.
- Provide staff training and support user adoption of collaboration tools and IT resources.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 8 years of experience in providing onsite IT support, desktop support, endpoint support, or field support in enterprise or government environments.
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, operating systems, collaboration tools, network connectivity, and user access issues.
- 3 years supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, mobile device management, endpoint security, or similar platforms.
- 3 years’ experience using ticketing systems, asset inventory management, knowledge management, service documentation, and customer communication practices.
- 3 years supporting executive users, meeting room equipment, and handling onboarding/offboarding processes and urgent user requests.
