IT Support Specialist - Summary

- Provide hands-on technical support to end-users across multiple locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
- Manage and document support tickets using a ticketing system
- Facilitate Windows profile management and oversee information transfers
- Support and configure telecom equipment and mobile devices
- Monitor and maintain asset inventory and ensure accurate tracking
- Document processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference
- Collaborate with other IT staff and organizational departments to resolve complex issues
- Travel to various organizational buildings to provide on-site support as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role
- At least 2 years of experience supporting telecom, mobile devices, and device management
- Proficiency in working with ticketing systems for tracking and resolving issues
- Strong experience in asset/inventory tracking and process documentation
- Prior experience with government or public sector organizations highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between organizational buildings as required
