As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary onsite point of contact for all staff IT needs. You will play a vital role in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, offering both Level 1 and Level 2 support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting a Microsoft environment, engaging in Active Directory and domain administration tasks, and assisting with Exchange and SharePoint. You will also set up, configure, and troubleshoot VPNs to ensure secure and reliable remote access for staff members. Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with remote senior IT staff to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.

This engaging contract opportunity runs from June 1 through July 20 and requires onsite availability from Monday through Thursday, with remote support on Fridays.
