Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Support Specialist:
Deliver comprehensive technical support across the organization, addressing software and network issues both on-site and remotely.
Conduct hardware and software upgrades to ensure optimal performance of computer systems.
Manage and troubleshoot networked printers and other peripheral devices.
Provide support for a variety of applications, including Microsoft 365 and cloud-based storage solutions.
Engage in additional tasks as required to support our client's team.
Required Skills for IT Support Specialist:
Proven experience in a technology support role, with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Enterprise applications.
Ability to interpret and apply technical instructions to resolve issues efficiently.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and related services.
Preferred certifications include A+, Net+, Sec+, and Microsoft AZ-900 or AZ-104.
