IT Support Specialist - Summary
- Provide comprehensive technical support to end users, focusing on resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Minimum of one year of experience in troubleshooting, client support, and IT service management practices, including familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both end users and technical personnel.
