Your hands-on experience with Google Workspace for Education and Chrome OS devices will be essential as you configure, deploy, and update Chromebooks and educational applications, enforce device and user policies, and monitor the health and security of the Google Workspace domain.

In this position, you will oversee the Google Chrome Management Console, managing user accounts, Gmail, Calendar, Shared Mailboxes, and Google Sites. You will collaborate closely with instructional technology teams, ensuring that digital learning tools are compatible with classroom needs. Maintaining accurate inventory and documentation will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities, supporting efficient technology operations throughout the organization.

Success in this role requires experience in IT support or systems administration, with a strong preference for backgrounds in educational settings. Familiarity with Google Admin Console, Chrome Management Console, and Google Workspace is essential, as is proficiency in supporting Apple products and Mac devices. Your knowledge of network connectivity, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and endpoint security best practices will enable you to address issues quickly and effectively, supporting a secure and reliable technology environment for all users.
