IT Support Specialist - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up phones and email accounts for new clients during onboarding
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues, including device configuration and connectivity
- Provide milestone-based support to clients as needed
- Coordinate and document handoffs between internal operational teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Maintain structured records of issues and resolutions to develop internal IT support playbooks
- Support internal workflows, such as device setup, account provisioning, and account deactivation during employee offboarding
- Document processes and recurring troubleshooting steps to support scalability as the company grows
- Communicate proactively and responsively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for IT operations and support processes
