IT Support Specialist - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT support to end users, resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Diagnose, document, and resolve incidents in accordance with established protocols and policies.
- Escalate complex incidents to higher-level IT staff as needed for timely resolution.
- Support and manage user accounts using Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Administer mobile device management solutions and ensure device compliance.
- Oversee computer imaging processes, ensuring all systems are configured and updated appropriately.
- Document all support activities accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
- Participate in the ongoing improvement of IT service delivery and user experience.
- Adhere to corporate and industry standards, including ITIL best practices where applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support environment.
- College degree preferred, though not required.
- Current certification in at least one of the following is preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices is advantageous.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Azure Active Directory, and mobile device management.
