IT Support Engineer (MSP, Level III, MCSE, CCNA) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to provide pre- and post-sales support through discovery meetings, site visits, technical assessments, and presentations
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Servers and Active Directory environments
- Design, implement, and optimize Local Area Networks (LAN)
- Implement and monitor network security protocols to safeguard client data
- Maintain and optimize network software and hardware for peak performance
- Build and deploy file servers and cloud computing solutions tailored to business needs
- Configure and deploy VOIP solutions for unified communications
- Troubleshoot and resolve network infrastructure issues efficiently
- Manage Microsoft Exchange Server environments
- Deploy and support telephone solutions and related hardware/software
- Monitor alert systems and take appropriate action according to established guidelines
- Analyze event logs to initiate repairs and proactively prevent issues
- Receive and resolve escalated service requests requiring advanced technical expertise
- Oversee new user onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into client systems

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, workstations, Exchange servers, and Active Directory
- At least 3 years in a client-facing role, such as sales engineering or technical account management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience designing and implementing technical solutions aligned with business objectives
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player
- Comprehensive understanding of technology and business productivity systems
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools is a plus
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills
- Sales training experience is an advantage
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly desirable
