Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales technical support.
- Conduct discovery meetings, site assessments, and technical presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Design, deploy, and manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, and network environments.
- Architect and implement secure local area networks (LANs) tailored to client needs.
- Develop and manage network security protocols and solutions.
- Optimize network software and hardware for peak performance and reliability.
- Build and deploy file servers along with scalable cloud computing solutions.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot VOIP systems and telephone solutions.
- Monitor and respond to system alerts, utilizing logs and event messages for proactive maintenance and repairs.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for network infrastructure issues and serve as escalation point for technical support requests.
- Manage Microsoft Exchange Server environments and oversee new user onboarding processes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience working in a managed services provider (MSP) environment is required.
- Minimum four years of hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, workstations, Exchange Server, and Active Directory.
- At least three years in a client-facing role, such as sales engineering or technical consulting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients at a business and technical level.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Demonstrated experience writing technical proposals and implementing solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to function both independently and as part of a team.
- Robust understanding of business productivity systems and remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Sales training experience is a plus.
