Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including discovery meetings, site assessments, proposals, and presentations.
- Architect, deploy, and manage network infrastructure such as routers, switches, managed switches, and firewalls, ensuring robust security and performance.
- Implement and monitor network security measures to safeguard client data and operations.
- Deploy and administrate Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Server environments.
- Design, optimize, and maintain local area networks and network software/hardware.
- Build and implement file servers and cloud computing solutions tailored to client needs.
- Configure and deploy VoIP solutions, providing seamless communication channels for clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network infrastructure issues, minimizing downtime for clients.
- Monitor alert systems and proactively address technical issues in accordance with established guidelines.
- Receive and resolve escalated service requests that require advanced technical knowledge.
- Facilitate new user onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into client IT systems.

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, workstations, Exchange Server, and Active Directory.
- Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing environment, such as sales engineering or technical account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proven multitasking skills.
- Experience in writing technical proposals and implementing solutions that address business needs.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, reliable, and collaborative team player.
- In-depth understanding of technology and business productivity systems.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools such as Kaseya or ConnectWise.
- Experience with professional services automation (PSA) or ticketing systems like Autotask or ConnectWise.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Sales training and previous experience in a managed services provider (MSP) environment are highly desirable.
