Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including discovery meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Develop technical proposals and participate in client consultations
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Servers and Active Directory environments
- Design and optimize Local Area Networks (LAN) for client sites
- Implement, monitor, and maintain network security solutions
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize network hardware and software systems
- Build and deploy file servers and cloud computing solutions tailored to client requirements
- Configure and deploy VOIP solutions and telephone systems
- Perform network infrastructure troubleshooting and resolve escalated issues
- Manage Microsoft Exchange Server environments
- Monitor alert systems and respond according to established guidelines
- Interpret event log messages to identify and resolve system issues
- Lead new user onboarding processes and ensure seamless integration into client systems

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, workstations, Exchange Server, and Active Directory
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is required
- 2-3 years of client-facing experience, ideally in sales engineering or similar roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective client interaction
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities
- Demonstrated experience in preparing technical proposals and implementing IT solutions
- Familiarity with RMM (remote monitoring and management) tools is a plus
- Sales training experience is advantageous
- Ability to provide extraordinary customer service and solve problems at a high level
