Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales for pre- and post-sales technical support, including discovery sessions, site visits, proposals, presentations, assessments, and technical account management.
- Design, deploy, and manage routers, switches, managed switches, and firewalls, ensuring robust network security.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Server environments.
- Plan and implement Local Area Networks, file servers, and cloud-based solutions.
- Configure and deploy VoIP solutions; manage and monitor VoIP environments.
- Optimize and maintain network hardware and software for peak performance.
- Identify and resolve network infrastructure issues through advanced troubleshooting.
- Monitor alert systems and respond according to established guidelines.
- Handle escalated service requests requiring in-depth technical knowledge.
- Facilitate new user onboarding and technical orientation.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with networking equipment, Windows servers, workstations, Exchange Server, and Active Directory.
- At least 3 years in a client-facing environment (e.g., sales engineering).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical information clearly to business clients.
