As an IT Support Engineer (Level III), you will be responsible for advanced network administration, deploying and managing Windows Servers and Active Directory, and providing expert support for Microsoft Exchange Server. A core aspect of this role is your ability to work closely with sales teams, participating in both pre- and post-sales processes such as technical assessments, proposals, site visits, and solution presentations. You will also play a pivotal part in designing local area networks, implementing network security measures, troubleshooting network infrastructure, managing VOIP and telephone solutions, and supporting cloud computing initiatives.

Your day-to-day activities will also include optimizing network software and hardware, handling escalated service requests, monitoring alert systems, and onboarding new users. You will need to demonstrate extraordinary customer service skills, strong multi-tasking abilities, and a results-oriented mindset to ensure the company delivers on its promise of reliable, cutting-edge IT solutions.
