Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including discovery meetings, site visits, proposals, presentations, technical assessments, and ongoing account management
- Deploy and manage Windows Servers and Active Directory infrastructures
- Design local area networks and implement robust network security solutions
- Optimize and maintain network software and hardware for maximum efficiency
- Build and deploy file servers and cloud computing solutions tailored to client needs
- Configure and deploy VOIP solutions to enhance communication capabilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network infrastructure issues
- Administer Microsoft Exchange Server environments
- Provide support for telephone and unified communications solutions
- Monitor alert systems and respond to issues according to established guidelines
- Analyze event logs and utilize diagnostic information to facilitate repairs
- Address escalated service requests requiring advanced technical expertise
- Manage new user onboarding processes and ensure seamless integration

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers and workstations, Exchange server, and Active Directory
- Mandatory prior experience working in an MSP environment
- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing technical or sales engineering role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients at a business level
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience with proposal writing and implementing technical solutions for business needs

- Experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) ticketing systems, such as Autotask or ConnectWise, is a plus
- Exceptional problem-solving, customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Sales training experience is advantageous
