Duties & Responsibilities
- Work alongside sales teams to support pre- and post-sales activities, including discovery meetings, site visits, proposals, presentations, and technical assessments
- Deploy and manage Windows Servers and Active Directory environments to ensure reliable access and security for organizational resources
- Design and implement Local Area Networks (LANs) to support business connectivity and productivity
- Implement and monitor network security measures to safeguard sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access
- Optimize and maintain network software and hardware to maximize performance and minimize downtime
- Build and deploy file servers and cloud computing solutions to enhance data accessibility and scalability
- Configure and implement VOIP solutions for seamless communication across the organization
- Troubleshoot network infrastructure issues and resolve escalated technical problems
- Manage Microsoft Exchange Server for reliable email and collaboration services
- Support telephone system solutions to ensure effective internal and external communication
- Monitor alert systems and respond according to established guidelines to maintain system health
- Analyze event logs and system messages to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Receive and address escalated service requests requiring advanced technical expertise
- Facilitate new user onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into IT systems

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum four years hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, workstations, Exchange server, and Active Directory
- At least three years' experience in a client-facing environment such as sales engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at a business level
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience drafting proposals and implementing technical solutions tailored to business needs
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Solid understanding of technology and business productivity systems
- Experience with RMM (remote monitoring and management) tools is a plus
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and multi-tasking abilities
- Sales training experience preferred
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly desirable
