IT Support Coordinator - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide immediate assistance to walk-in users, including issuing loaner laptops and offering on-the-spot support for general technical inquiries.
- Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, facilitating effective communication to expedite repairs and service requests.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to document customer interactions, log service requests, and maintain accurate records of equipment movement.
- Track ticket status and follow up with customers to ensure requests are resolved in a timely manner.
- Support the overall operations of the endpoint support team by contributing to process improvements and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with at least four years of experience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service; OR
- Associate’s degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience; OR
- Bachelor’s degree with strong computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with endpoint equipment, such as laptops and mobile devices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for documentation and ticket tracking.
