Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years IT experience in a large enterprise or healthcare environment.
- Expertise with Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and cloud environments such as Azure and VMware.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for required travel.
