IT Staging Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of mobile devices for shipping damage and verify functionality
- Test, charge, and replace battery units as required to ensure optimal device performance
- Load and configure network and software settings according to customer specifications
- Install and configure programs based on individual order details
- Upgrade device software and firmware as necessary to meet current standards
- Document and communicate device or system issues to project leads for resolution
- Repackage and label devices for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with order requirements
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse environment
- Implement proper handling and storage procedures to prevent device damage
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to confirm devices meet all specifications
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex problems to technical support
- Assist with the setup of devices, including peripherals and accessories as needed
- Follow all established safety protocols and contribute to the maintenance of a clean, organized workspace
