IDR is seeking a IT Solutions Architect to join one of our top clients for an in-person opportunity in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role involves supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives, focusing heavily on observability platforms and platform strategy. The company operates within a technology-driven industry dedicated to improving operational efficiency and infrastructure performance.
Position Overview for the IT Solutions Architect :
- Lead architecture and technical strategy initiatives across infrastructure and operations teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Dynatrace and enterprise observability initiatives
- Design, implement, and optimize monitoring and observability solutions across enterprise environments
- Develop architecture standards, governance, and best practices for monitoring platforms
- Partner with infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, and engineering teams to improve visibility and operational performance
Requirements for the IT Solutions Architect :
- 10+ years of overall IT infrastructure experience
- 2+ years of architecture-level or technical leadership experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration and observability platforms
- Deep understanding of enterprise monitoring, alerting, and performance management concepts
- Experience supporting large enterprise infrastructure environments
