IT Service Desk Analyst - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

- Participate in training and onboarding activities for new client service desks, contributing to a seamless client experience.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using established tools and procedures, escalating issues as needed.
- Communicate clearly with users to understand their concerns, provide guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to service desk protocols and performance metrics to achieve departmental goals.
- Adapt to flexible scheduling, including shifts between early morning and early evening as well as occasional weekend hours.
- Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to resolve complex issues and implement improvements to support processes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in IT support, help desk, or service desk roles is essential.
