Senior IT Business Analyst - SummaryAs a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will lead complex analysis initiatives involving multi-system integrations, workflow automation, and the implementation of large-scale projects. The Senior IT Business Analyst is responsible for creating detailed functional documentation, developing data mapping specifications, and ensuring the accuracy of data through validation activities. Duties & Responsibilities- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional analysis projects with a focus on healthcare technology solutions.
- Drive comprehensive requirements gathering sessions and document detailed functional and business requirements for new and existing systems.
- Develop, maintain, and review data mapping specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct thorough data validation using analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent solutions.
- Ensure full traceability of requirements throughout the project life cycle, including the oversight of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
- Coordinate and facilitate issue resolution by working with technical and business teams.
- Mentor and support junior analysts, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth within the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis standards, templates, and best practices within the organization.
