IT Project Manager (PMP, Agile) - Summary
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and deployment projects.
- Collaborate with cabling, networking, and construction teams for new builds and refreshes.
- Drive project schedules, financial budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Provide structured leadership and clear communication throughout the technology project lifecycle.
- Support change management processes and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive program plans for IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and lead a team of project managers, guiding them through scope development, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Manage project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent platforms.
- Administer project budgets, monitor expenditures, and maintain financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Facilitate organizational change management and serve as the primary point of contact for project status updates.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential project roadblocks.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in technical project or program management within large organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate infrastructure deployments, including experience with construction, cabling, and networking teams.
- Proven success in managing technology projects from concept to closure.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
- Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), and Demand Management is considered an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
