IT Project Manager (PMP) - Summary- Leads IT projects focused on HR, Payroll, and Finance systems within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Manages the complete project lifecycle, from initial definition through successful implementation and closure.
- Works cross-functionally with stakeholders, technical teams, and project resources to deliver results.
- Emphasizes process improvement, change management, and clear documentation throughout project phases.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
- Demonstrated experience managing IT projects within HR, Payroll, or Finance domains.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word for project documentation and tracking.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of leading teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders towards a common goal.
