- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in IT project management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

- PMP certification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management is highly desirable.
