IT Project Manager (IT PM) - Summary
- Lead and oversee critical IT infrastructure projects, focusing on network segmentation and security.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain alignment with regulatory, governance, and operational requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the MSS & Telecom Device Segmentation Project, ensuring effective scope, schedule, and delivery management.
- Drive project phases from pre-enforcement through operational transition, maintaining alignment with governance and compliance standards.
- Coordinate activities across Security, Network Engineering, MSS, Telecom, and external vendors, ensuring timely completion of all segmentation tasks.
- Track and escalate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including milestones, enforcement metrics, and decision logs, to support project transparency and accountability.
- Develop project reporting, dashboards, and executive status updates to communicate progress and support leadership decision-making.
- Translate technical execution details into concise communications for leadership and stakeholder audiences.
