Duties & Responsibilities- Lead enterprise technology projects from initiation to completion, focusing on platform migrations, cloud modernization, and deployment of organizational tools.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project strategies, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and manage project performance metrics, including scope, quality, cost, and resource allocation.
- Ensure project compliance with established governance frameworks and organizational policies.
- Direct cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, managing dependencies, and driving team accountability to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare executive-level documentation, dashboards, and status briefings for senior leadership, facilitating informed decision-making and project transparency.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex IT projects within enterprise environments.
- At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-stakeholder initiatives in regulated or public sector settings.
- 4 years of direct experience with enterprise technology projects, particularly those involving cloud modernization and platform migrations.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT concepts, cloud platforms, and governance models with at least 4 years of applicable experience.
- 2 years of involvement in modernization initiatives such as application rationalization, cloud adoption, and enterprise architecture alignment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale enterprise IT projects from start to finish.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a strategic approach to problem solving and decision making.
