IT Project Manager - Summary
- Lead the end-to-end management of large-scale IT application and software development projects within a hybrid Agile and Waterfall framework.
- Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure project scope, compliance, and timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Manage project schedules, resources, and tasks using MS Project, Jira, and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, dashboards, and reports for transparency and audit purposes.
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, story grooming, and review sessions to drive project progress and quality.
- Interpret contractual documentation to extract deliverables, scope, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience focused on software development or IT applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies within a hybrid delivery environment.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Project or Project Online for schedule management.
- Experience interpreting contractual documentation to determine project scope, deliverables, and compliance obligations.
- Proficient in using Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, and Outlook, including Scheduling Assistant.
