IT Project Manager - Summary
- Lead and oversee IT projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and digital transformation strategies.
- Utilize Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to optimize project delivery and enhance team performance.
- Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to communicate project status, manage expectations, and drive successful outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage multiple, concurrent IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and status reporting.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to translate strategic objectives into detailed project plans and actionable deliverables.
- Allocate and oversee project resources, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to project success.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement by applying change management principles and promoting knowledge sharing across teams.
- Ensure effective communication flows between team members, stakeholders, and leadership to support transparency and alignment.
- Leverage expertise in cloud technologies, particularly GCP, to guide project direction and solution implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a combination of education and progressively responsible work experience in IT project management.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing IT projects, with a clear record of translating business strategies into successful project outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead projects using Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud technologies, with a preference for candidates experienced in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong background in resource management and effective change management practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a focus on fostering collaborative team environments.
