IT Program Manager (IT PM, PMP) - Summary
- Lead and manage the delivery of IT product construction projects in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT program delivery across destination development initiatives
- Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and financial oversight
- Collaborate with internal business units and external partners to ensure project alignment and success
- Drive continuous improvement in IT project management processes and standards
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead all program and project management activities, ensuring delivery of IT solutions on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring performance meets established timeframes, safety, and brand criteria
- Align project requirements with organizational priorities and strategic objectives
- Maintain accurate program health and status reports, implementing process improvements as needed
- Optimize resource allocation and oversee program financials, budgets, and reporting
- Mentor and coach Project Managers, ensuring adherence to project management best practices
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all project participants and stakeholders
- Resolve conflicts and drive collaboration among internal teams and suppliers

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure program management
- Conversational fluency in English and Spanish
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings
- Experience managing IT infrastructure projects, preferably within construction or destination development environments
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, with data-driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, including executive-level communication
- Ability to work effectively with international teams and within construction site environments
- Must be able to work on-site in Greater Fort Lauderdale, FL
- Must be authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future
