IT Procurement Manager - Summary
- Lead the development and execution of IT category strategies focused on software and cloud services procurement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT procurement initiatives, collaborating with business partners and stakeholders to drive value.

- Develop and implement IT category strategies to optimize organizational spend and drive operational efficiencies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal IT stakeholders to identify and act on opportunities for quality and value improvements.
- Lead end-to-end contract negotiations for software and cloud services, ensuring that agreements meet business needs and drive cost savings.
- Monitor and analyze global supply markets, keeping abreast of competitors and product innovations for strategic sourcing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and matrix teams to ensure strategic alignment, policy compliance, and risk management in all procurement processes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 5-10 years of proven experience in IT software procurement, including contract negotiation and redlining.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating large enterprise software agreements and niche software contracts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba is a plus.
