Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform asset disposal, reclamation, and inventory management to maintain accurate records and compliance.
- Support device distribution, setup, and imaging to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of hardware.
- Conduct floor-walking support and provide direct user assistance onsite for any technical issues or troubleshooting needs.
- Assist with basic cabling, infrastructure support, and troubleshooting hardware connectivity to ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records and adhere to asset tracking policies.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders to support digital experience initiatives.
- Participate in regular evaluations and process improvements to enhance device deployment efficiency.
