The IT Infrastructure Project Manager (PMP, PMI-ACP) is responsible for leading and coordinating a range of IT infrastructure projects, focusing on healthcare technology systems. This role requires expertise in project management methodologies such as PMI, PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches. The IT Infrastructure Project Manager (PMP, PMI-ACP) ensures that all initiatives align with organizational priorities and industry standards. Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent IT infrastructure projects in a healthcare setting.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate the implementation of networking solutions, cloud platforms, cybersecurity measures, and hardware installations.
- Oversee the integration of healthcare IT systems, data flows, and clinical workflows, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards.
- Manage the IT components within facilities, including physical security systems such as access control, fire alarms, elevators, and CCTV.
- Supervise structured cabling projects and ensure all cabling meets the requirements for peripheral systems such as MOCN and DAS.
- Utilize project management tools, such as ServiceNow SPM/PPM, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet, to track milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Communicate project progress and manage stakeholder expectations, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, infection control standards, and clinical space design requirements.
- Coordinate vendor and contract management processes, including AV and cabling vendors, to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT project delivery with a background in construction project coordination involving IT system and infrastructure upgrades.
- 2+ years of experience managing healthcare IT projects, with strong familiarity with clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
- Certification required: PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies: PMI, PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches.
- Intermediate knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with project management tools, such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with structured cabling and managing IT facility components is highly valued.
