- Develop and execute comprehensive backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard data integrity and minimize service interruptions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for storage and virtualization incidents, including participation in on-call rotations as needed.
- Identify and implement infrastructure optimization opportunities, leveraging automation and scripting to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure engineering with a strong focus on storage and VMware virtualization technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of storage systems (SAN, NAS, DAS) and VMware tools including ESXi and vCenter.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
