IT Infrastructure Engineer - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute and support modern endpoint management strategies, primarily using Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and MDM migrations.
- Leverage expertise in Microsoft Entra ID to manage and secure user and device identities, ensuring consistent access control and identity protection across platforms.
- Deploy and troubleshoot Windows Autopilot for efficient device provisioning and onboarding.
- Provide advanced technical support throughout post-migration phases, resolving complex endpoint and identity-related incidents to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate with internal and client IT teams to coordinate project tasks, maintain strong communication, and deliver on project milestones.
- Work remotely between on-site visits to prepare for upcoming assignments, ensuring continuity and readiness for project demands.
- Document solutions, best practices, and troubleshooting steps for ongoing knowledge sharing and team development.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Intune, including all aspects of device management, configuration, compliance, and migrations.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID for identity management and device security.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Windows Autopilot deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills for resolving advanced endpoint and identity-related technical issues.
- Strong communication abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating effectively with IT teams.
- Prior experience supporting large-scale device migration projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing time and priorities across multiple assignments.
