As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will provide critical support in a fully onsite capacity, working five days per week and including two evening shifts. You will be responsible for engaging with a wide range of clients, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and ensuring that each interaction leads to optimal customer satisfaction. Working collaboratively with a close-knit team, you will help maintain seamless operations throughout each shift, with particular emphasis on supporting the closing shift. In this role, you will participate in a structured interview process designed to assess your troubleshooting skills and your approach to problem-solving, utilizing the STAR method. A commitment to obtaining the CompTIA A+ certification within the first three months is required, with further opportunities for professional certification and development available after six months in the position. Educational backgrounds or certifications in IT are highly valued, and continuous learning is supported through access to additional training and resources.
