IT Help Desk Technician (MSP) - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support within a managed service provider (MSP) environment.
- Support clients by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to business desktop and server technologies, including Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016/2019.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while managing technical support tickets from initiation to closure.
- Participate in IT projects and collaborate with onsite technical leads to implement technology solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to customer calls for technical support, serving as the front line of defense for client issues.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT help desk, IT desktop support, IT support analyst, helpdesk representative, IT service desk, or IT user support roles.
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+, or equivalent IT certifications.
