Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with password resets, troubleshooting network issues, installing and configuring printers and networks, and providing basic software support. This role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in IT support, a bachelor's degree, and a desire to advance their careers within the IT field.
