Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technical support requests related to software, hardware, and network issues.
- Perform password resets and user account management for employees.
- Troubleshoot and install printers, network devices, and ensure end-user connectivity.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 and other standard business software applications.
- Document support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system according to organizational procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
