Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and validate software and firmware on mobile devices according to customer requirements
- Perform network setup, including loading and testing network settings to ensure devices are shipment-ready
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks on all hardware, documenting discrepancies and collaborating with project leads
- Manage logistics by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming devices against manifests, ensuring all items are accounted for and undamaged
- Maintain and test device batteries, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and ensure devices meet operational standards
- Document all device serial numbers and statuses within the tracking system for accurate inventory control
- Prepare and organize outgoing shipments, including repackaging and labeling devices for secure and efficient transit
- Collaborate with technical support teams, following detailed workflows and promptly communicating equipment issues
