As an IT Hardware Support Analyst, you will manage the complete lifecycle of enterprise IT hardware assets, serving as the key liaison between internal technology groups and external hardware vendors. Your expertise will ensure precise asset tracking, financial accuracy, and the continuous operation of mission-critical hardware systems. IT Hardware Support Analyst - Summary- Senior-level position responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT hardware assets across a distributed enterprise environment.
- Acts as a liaison between internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure accurate asset tracking and operational reliability.
- Supports critical technology operations for a Fortune 500 hospitality leader with a national presence.
- Lead regular vendor review and coordination meetings with hardware partners for POS systems, registers, and peripherals.
- Manage the complete hardware lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, tracking, return merchandise authorization (RMA) processing, and retirement.
- Oversee unreturned equipment (URE) tracking and implement measures to minimize inventory loss and associated fees.
- Conduct invoice audits by reconciling ServiceNow asset management records with vendor billing data.
- Serve as Tier III escalation support for complex hardware incidents, system failures, and operational disruptions.
- Develop, update, and maintain installation guides, technical documentation, and user support materials to ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and franchise operators to address hardware and inventory-related challenges.
- Analyze hardware performance and vendor service quality trends to enhance operational reliability and efficiency.

- Proficiency with enterprise asset management platforms, with a preference for experience with ServiceNow.

- Hands-on experience with POS systems, payment terminals, registers, and peripheral hardware components.
- In-depth understanding of hardware lifecycle management and inventory control processes.
- Track record of successful invoice reconciliation and operational auditing.
