IT Field Support Technician - Summary
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for end-user hardware and manufacturing systems.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on technical support for desktop and laptop computers, networking devices, security systems, and telecommunications equipment across multiple sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
- Install, configure, relocate, and replace end-user equipment and infrastructure components as needed.
- Support operational technology environments, focusing on SAP workstations, barcode scanners, badge/access systems, and surveillance cameras.
- Assist with server room and data closet activities, including equipment installation and basic troubleshooting.
- Document support incidents, solutions, and recommendations for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and best practices during all support activities.
- Travel overnight to various sites within the Midwest region as necessary to provide on-site support.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in technical support or end-user computing roles, preferably in manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and enterprise productivity tools.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or operational technology environments is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight, primarily within the Midwest region.
