IT Deployment Technician - Summary- Support the deployment, relocation, and setup of desktop computers and peripherals across campus facilities.
- Ensure all hardware is properly installed, configured, and documented using inventory management systems.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of campus technology infrastructure in a full-time, onsite capacity.
- Disconnect, move, and reinstall desktop workstations and IT equipment in various buildings.
- Set up monitors, keyboards, mice, docking stations, and other peripherals for end-users.
- Install and configure printers, including replacing toner and performing basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct hardware refreshes and manage equipment relocation as directed by project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets using inventory management software.
