IT Deployment Technician - Summary

As an IT Deployment Technician, you will be responsible for executing hands-on upgrades of Windows 10 systems to Windows 11, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to users. The position requires traveling to various client sites, predominantly within the Greater Philadelphia area, making adaptability and excellent communication skills essential. You will utilize SCCM to run and monitor deployment scripts, validate system functionality post-deployment, and coordinate with staff to efficiently schedule and execute upgrades. The IT Deployment Technician role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of IT support or systems deployment experience, particularly those familiar with healthcare environments and HIPAA compliance.
