IT Business Relationship Manager (IT BRM) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

- Oversee the orchestration and delivery of services within the ERP and local application ecosystem.

- Coordinate with service providers to support middleware and integration platforms such as Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), EDI, and APIs.
- Utilize IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow, to manage incidents, requests, and changes.
- Facilitate continuous process improvement initiatives in IT service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements related to IT operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in IT operations and business management.
- At least two (2) years of experience working in IT service management within a cloud ERP environment, especially Oracle Cloud.
- Prior experience in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with middleware and integration platforms such as Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), EDI, and APIs.
- Experience with IT service management tools like ServiceNow or equivalent platforms.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
