IT Business Analyst (BA) - Summary- Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to support digital projects and enterprise websites.
- Facilitate agile delivery by documenting requirements, managing backlogs, and coordinating user acceptance testing.
- Leverage expertise in CMS platforms, digital marketing technologies, and agile methodologies for project success.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a combined business analyst and scrum master capacity within digital or website teams.
- Demonstrated expertise working with enterprise websites, digital marketing platforms, and content management systems (CMS), including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong familiarity with user experience (UX) best practices, SEO fundamentals, QA/testing workflows, and digital analytics.
