IT Business Analyst - Summary- Serve as a key liaison between business, marketing, UX, analytics, and technology teams to deliver customer-facing digital solutions.
- Support the product owner in managing enterprise websites and digital platforms.
- Utilize expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to oversee digital content workflows and delivery.
- Contribute to Agile processes, ensuring business requirements are actionable and effectively implemented.
- Participate in large-scale digital initiatives, promoting cross-team collaboration and innovative solutions.
- Work closely with product owners to support digital customer-facing platforms and websites.

- Manage and optimize digital content workflows using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

- Leverage Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage backlogs, define acceptance criteria, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting customer-facing websites and digital platforms as an IT Business Analyst.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including content management and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with UX best practices, SEO, QA/testing, and web analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with proficiency in backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Proven ability to write detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support UAT activities to ensure high-quality digital delivery.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in managing digital content and workflows using AEM.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
