IT Business Analyst - Summary
- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
- Utilize strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP (or similar platforms) to support operational IT initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and optimize business operations.
- Leverage extensive experience in IT Service Management, particularly within Cloud ERP environments, to ensure service excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide operational and application support for Oracle Cloud ERP or similar platforms, troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions.
- Work with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and problem tickets efficiently.
- Collaborate with middleware and integration platforms, including Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), EDI, and APIs, to facilitate seamless data flow and integrations.
- Support Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring alignment with business goals and technology solutions.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity of project objectives and progress.
- Participate in project meetings, contributing to planning, implementation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions for reference and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT operations or application management roles.
- At least 2+ years of IT Service Management experience within a Cloud ERP environment, with preference for Oracle Fusion expertise.
- Minimum of 2+ years working with ServiceNow or equivalent IT Service Management tools.
- Demonstrated experience with middleware and integration platforms, such as Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), EDI, and APIs.
- Proficiency in Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
