Investor Relations Coordinator - Summary
- Supports both day-to-day and strategic operations in investor relations and public relations functions.
- Acts as a liaison between senior leadership and investors, analysts, and the media.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate investor relations activities, such as stakeholder engagement, investor communications, and conference logistics.
- Manage internal and external communications, including preparing presentation materials and handling confidential information.
- Serve as a primary contact for investor and analyst inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Support quarterly earnings activities by preparing materials, managing logistics, and coordinating with vendors and media teams.
- Maintain documentation and records related to investor relations and public relations events and activities.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, investor presentations, and other key communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all interactions and communications.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience supporting senior leadership in corporate communications, investor relations, finance, or executive operations.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal presence.
- Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high standard of quality and accuracy.
