Investor Relations Coordinator - Summary
- Serve as a key support resource for investor and public relations initiatives, ensuring seamless communication internally and externally.
- Work collaboratively with leadership and various teams to organize, prioritize, and execute critical tasks related to investor relations.
- Act as a central point of contact for confidential and non-routine information, exercising a high level of professionalism and tact.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and safeguard confidential and sensitive information, maintaining the utmost discretion at all times.
- Organize and prioritize high volumes of information and incoming communications, ensuring timely and effective workflow management.
- Support the SVP of Investor & Public Relations, as well as the broader IR/PR team, with a variety of ad hoc tasks, including preparing PowerPoint presentations, creating graphics, and handling special projects as needed.
- Coordinate all aspects of event participation, including planning, logistics, and execution, to ensure flawless representation at investor and public-facing events.
- Maintain complex calendar schedules for leadership, including arranging and coordinating domestic and international travel logistics.
- Utilize and manage investor relations databases and CRM systems, ensuring records are up to date and accurately reflect ongoing interactions with investors and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular expertise in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
